Morning all, love to those who need it at this time.

Dark and wet this morning, but all the flood has gone now, so just got to see what the longer term damage is. I usually find that the plants cope very well with short periods of flooding, so fingers crossed.

Hmm... The wild side I can agree on for certainly my life is chronically dull right now compared to a few years ago but the "good memories and higher brain function" ? That I disagree with! My memory (both short and long) is damaged to the point of damn near useless owing to a head meets tarmac incident and my brain has spurts of functioning but hardly what you'd call higher - more scrapping the barrel in desperation!

Looks like I need to buy myself a sheep farm, get the swimming costume on and go fight that dragon!

Hope you have a "good" day Bill, whatever way that may be.

Good morning all. Couldn't post last night as phone line wasn't working so Internet wasn't either. France Telecom rang twice this morning to say they'd repaired it. First time I was in bed, 2nd time I was stepping into the shower!

It's ok Pinky, when you click on it to enlarge it turns the right way up - and wow, w hat a transformation!!!  Those lilies are amazing - and the sweet peas at the back - gorgeous!!!

That doesn't happen on my laptop, it's still sideways. Lovely flowers Pinkie.

I won't be here tonight as going out for dinner with 2 girlfriends.

Enjoy!!! And be sure to tell us all about it. I really need to work out holidays this year. The one holiday I was having has been cancelled due to lack of staff in the office (I was the one who booked last) and its a little depressing not having anything to look forward too. Unfortunately my partner doesn't feel the same way as he's off next week! image

Clari, that sounds a bit unfair to me. A person needs a holidy to look forward too. I found that during my last few years at work the only thing that kept me going, was knowing when the next holiday was.

Its my OHs 50th. in April so I am taking her to Venice for a few days.
