Wine on the go already (again). Cheers everyone. Happy bank hol.
Thanks for info about my daytrip! Will let you know where I end up!
Went to GC on way home, this one had a decent selection of grasses - verd ill put names on other thread for any tips you and others might have. Getting a bit overexcited, one looks like a horses tail and I so had to stop myself from positing it, fingers still twitching...(it looked like a dead clump though)!
Blackest sound like the stuff we found in Mum's shed from donkey's years ago, a chemical for everything known
Archie only reason you are not being sent to naughty step (ear ear ) is because you like curry
Fairy please send some "chill" gene down here.
Lily you got extra as bank holiday treat
Hope all have a great night, sounds like mrsGarden has already started
Let's just hope it doesn't turn out to be as cold as they are saying. Poor Panda in a tent not like she can have any sherbert to keep her warm, bad example to Guides. Maybe they'll give her some of theirs.
Hello folks - home from southern travels - Ma and Pa well Ma totally confuddled but happy. Pa looking forward to a Doris Day look-alike entertainer this afternoon We sat in the conservatory this morning and a big fat woodpigeon came and sat on the fence - Pa lifted an imaginary shotgun, took aim and fired once a farmer, always a farmer
The fig and gooseberries have been fleeced several times, we've got quite a stiff breeze - now it's all been stuck down with gaffer tape so ought to be ok Mind you, I bet we don't get a frost - but better safe than sorry.
We've got a lovely sunset going on at the moment
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I think sequestrine is OK, it's a way of feeding iron to roses that have yellow leaves.
Finished the electric fence. It works! Horses in summer quarters, very happy and excited. The rain eased off, only got drizzled on once.
Of to cook chicken and mushrooms à la crème.
That's similar to what OH is making me Lizzie, I think he is redeeming himself early ready for the last major drinking season of the season tomorrow
