Wow Clari - it looks great already - you must be so pleased. Sounds like the diggerman was good and persistant. Look forward to watching it develop.
Caught up on the 1st winter watch - loved the eagles, foxes and squirrels. I like all three of the presenters, and the way they bounce off each other - makes the programme in my view. Really must go and have a proper look in our woodshed next time I am home in the light.
London today, so i might check back in with you all from the train
Morning all - hope the trains are running better than they did on Friday Chicky!!
Thanks all. You're right the pond doesn't look too huge now its in and once we've finished the edges and plant beds I'm sure it'll fit in much better - it was #almost# light when I finished work last night. I can't wait for those lighter evenings so I can get out there! I'm being very patient not planting any seedlings but as this photo will hopefully show I've plenty of other jobs to be getting on with.
Morning all, off to work for me too (groan) weather dark and dismal here.
Loved the winterwatch prog, what a clever foxy. Hope they catch up with him again. I'm with you Punkdoc, Michaela gets on my nerves too, although she was slightly better than she usuallyis. Haven't watched 1st prog yet must do that on catch up.
Good morning all Really wet here - no chance of my regular morning stomp OH has gone off on his bike with waterproof leggings on (he's wearing them, the bike isn't )
Clari, that pond is going to be fantastic
I shall have to go down to the village later to pick up some bits and pieces - I took some smoked haddock out of the freezer last night but need some potatoes and leeks - Cullen Skink for supper this evening - must also get a haggis and a swede for Burns Night on Saturday

Morning Forkers. Dull and damp here, it has rained a fair bit overnight.
I enjoyed both Winterwatch & Orphaned animals, however won't be considering adopting a Rhino.
Clari, wow, that is certainly a pile of soil. Your pond will be great. Hope you feel okay today.
Gardengirl, I've asked before, but are you sure you aren't bionic?
Lily & Tracey hope you enjoyed the virtual glass or two, I was good and only had the one.
Dove, hope it dries up soon so you can do your stomp
Off for a nosey around the forum, BFN.
Morning KEF
