  • Sorry to hear you've been poorly punkdoc and Andy, wishing you both a speedy recovery.

Brrrrrrr very cold out there tonight. Bit windy and was stinging my face, Stacey I really hope you're wrong about the snow.

Verdun, good on you helping at the foodbank, that is something I would do if I had more time and I do donate at our local Asda. It's just on the news that twice as many people are using foodbanks now as this time last year, including people working in the NHS!! Might explain why you are so busy.

Has anyone noticed how our very clever Forkers have all chosen to be poorly in the winter when there's not much to do outside - very good timing indeed image

Thanks for all your kind words not done much in the garden or greenhouse over the last 3 month because of my health. Son & daughter gave my wife and me 2 nights and tickets for 2 shows in London for the 5th to the 7th of Feb the shows are The Bodyguard and Les Miserables so looking forward greatly to the short break.

Good to see you back Andy - hope you enjoy your London shows - les mis is my favourite - lost count of the number of times i have seen it over the course of the last 30 years image

Punkdoc - ouch !! - take your time letting it heal - as others have said, the garden can wait at this time of year.

My two camellias arrived - beautiful plants in beautiful condition and beautifully packed.  Big thumbs up for Trehane nursery in Dorsetimageimage.  Will post on "the good guys" thread if i can find it.

tonight i will catch up on last nights winter watch whilst tonights is being taped.  School parents evening tomorrow, so looks like i will be playing catch up for some timeimage
