  • Morning all

Still raining, and very very windy. Forecast for stronger winds later. Think she's now called Imogen. Batten down the hatches everyone and stay safe.

Take care Chicky and everyone going out today.

    Morning all!

My gosh is it blustery here; the poor garden is becoming quite the collection of branches, twigs, other peoples recycling attempts. I hope you're all keeping safe. Please please don't risk it!

I shall be working from home today; if my period were as late as my wages I would be VERY CONCERNED by now! Still only 12 days til February's are due. Waiting for it to be too late for the boss to try and offer a lift before I call him to point out my car has no fuel. He hasn't seemed very bothered by this whole issue since I told him the first cheque bounced.

I'm rather looking forward to having a nice warm office to work from! image

Right; anyone for a mug of tea?

Flumpy, thanks for reminding me - I keep meaning to get some new cushion pads - these have gone a bit flat ...... can't have good feathery-downy ones 'cos OH's chest would object.

    Morning all.

Been absent in my bed, for a few days, with a nasty bug. Now just feel very weak, with a rattley [ sp. ] chest.

Never mind, weather has been so awful, I don't think I have missed much.

Hope all other poorly people are getting better.

Verdun, you now have some idea the weather the rest of us have to put up with.

On a completely different subject: I was very interested in the Badgers vs. Hedgehogs thread. I have been trying to get a definitive answer for some time, but no one seems to actually know, just very strong, but opposite arguments.

I would love to know, what some of you knowledgeable people think.
