A friend in the UK is having very similar problems - her consultant is going to try her on the Fodmap diet which apparently was researched and developed in Australia - it cuts out irritants to the digestive system. Apparently it usually is very helpful - maybe your doctor has heard of it?
And winge if you want to - it's better to winge to us than bottle it all up and feel wingey with your loved ones. We're tough, we can take it .... and we can always put our fingers in our ears and sing la-la-la ((hugs))
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Have just finished dinner (a tiny lamb chop and some potato), sitting down for the evening entertainment, and suddenly a loud rumble averhead and lightning. Still blue sky with scattered clouds, but there you go. Will probably lose the TV signal as well as internet. Typical timing!
Have a totally smashing-y day - will there be cake.... Make sure the fire brigade is standing by
Have the floodwaters receded a bit B'man? It's been hellish again
Rain has stopped for a bit here but the last few days have been bitterly cold. The joys of January.
Glad you're getting somewhere now with the landlord Wonks. Have a lovely day with yer ol' mum
Nice to see doc back and fully charged for the nest few months
I'll have a quick look round before work to see what I've missed while I've been sorting and adjusting all my photos. I blame DavidK for getting me going on all that
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Thanks Bushman, Verdun and Dove And all of you who have been sending lovely messages. Dove I have been told about that diet. My SIL was impressed with it. I think onion and garlic are out, but it'll make taste a bit strange. Still, I'll try to convince the current cook.
