I like haslet but couldn't stomach brawn or tripe. Yet 100 years ago my great grandfather was a tripe dresser. we tend to follow his fathers proclivities. He had a pub. Its known in the family as the Paling failing... Rum.
I noticed today that the Eucomis Octopus that flowered last year, had formed seeds. I planted some, I suppose as its South African it should go in a propagator. Has anyone grown this bulb from seed before?
Oh Lesley! Missed you have an eye infection! Hope you have something for it and are on the mend! Maybe you could delegate the decorating until your better at least! wink face appropriate on two levels! x

It has poured here with strong gusts of wind here today, lost electricity a few times, so haven't been here since this morning.
I hope it calms down before our flight to Stansted tomorrow.

I was a medical officer at his concert at The Milton Keynes Bowl, can't remember when. I was covering the front few rows, great views of the man.
Love most offal, and all sea food.
