Topbird, your chap sounds like Flatters, I'm the only human to be approved thus far and its been a year! I think bits of cake would win him round too! Although he did discover that he likes hot chopped up chicken breast quite a lot!

I haven't tried the face time thingy but I do use whatsap, that's rather good, worth a try if you haven't before.
Not a lot happening here. Himself got a new ipad, and I got some onion seed. I have loads of plant porn, it seems a new catalogue falls through the door every day. Sarah Raven takes the prize for the best illustrated, but at her prices I will be getting seeds in and growing my own. Chiltern has few pictures, more left to the imagination. More hard core, or as himself says, fifty shades of green.
I had another man to measure up for the kitchen. I forgot to tell him I need a cupboard with heavy duty locks on for the biscuits and crisps.
I've just upgraded my phone KEF to a Samsung S5 mini (not as massive as the 'normal' ones. Do find it funny that mobiles started off massive, went really tiny and are now going massive again Agree re Skype and face time comments already made
I did worry Chicky that the Fitbit (who cares about other makes!) was making me obsess about my sleep ..... we shall see .....

Just to add to the Apple debate - have to say I love my iPhone and iPad. My phone is now well over 5 years old and hasnt been turned off since I got it except for the ocassional reboot or accidental run down. Still the original battery which I think is pretty good going.
Find Apple stuff generally fairly intuitive to use & beautifully designed. Bit pricey though and, like Panda, I dont understand why phones seem to have taken the retrograde step of getting bigger again in the last year or two. Like to be able to keep mine in a pocket.

Evening all just had fab lamb dinner , lots of veg from allottment and home made red currant jelly , finishing wine before watching a bit of telly
