I have been out playing in the garden making a brick edging and then playing with the pond it fitted into the pond hole I dug before - only a few bits to alter dad helped me, carrying lots of water butt water down the garden to fill the pond that's the weight lifting done.
Sun was out today so warm ish out there, I even saw a large bee flying around spring here
I dug up Poppy pattys plum, because it was sprouting and I remembered I dont like the muddy coloured flowers even if everyone else raves about it. It fell apart and I potted the bits. 10 plants of pattys plum anyone?
Good morning all Bit frosty out there this morning when I did my stomp - grass very white and crisp - a little bit milder in our back garden - only got down to 0.3C last night and up as high as 0.4 this morning but still a white haze on the grass.
So that's Panda and Gardengirl want some Cyclamen h - I'll put some in the post sometime this week - they're only very tiny - Lily, I could send you some too.
PM me your postal addresses folks
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Clari - not a dragon - a big green wheelbarrow? Glad you're able to do stuff - broken backs vary don't they - a dear friend of mine broke his some years ago (on a bouncy castle) - well it was his neck really. He's able to walk a bit and has loads of specialised equipment to enable him to work on his farm.

Hi everyone, I think my comment re my lilies got missed, is to early for them to be shooting through the soil yet? I'm a bit worried I've killed them
My lilies haven't started moving yet. I dug one up today, and there was no shoot at all yet.
Think it's a bit soon, Tracey.
Don't worry Tracey, i'm sure you haven't killed them, its a bit early for lillies.
