    Morning Verdun image

More rain overnight here, now it's overcast and damp - looks like another  dreary day ahead - looking forward to my snowdrops - they're in bud image

Good morning, haven't been on for a while but have been reading posts

WW I am sorry, you sound as if you are being pushed to the limit.

DD hope you feeling better, not like you to succumb, i laughed at your OHs comments  mine does that all the time that's why the gc call him Grumps

StarGaze you have certainly been busy with family, happy memories I hope

PatE I am thrilled the drought has broken, it must be wonderful to know tank is full

Liri hope your son is improving, think I read he still on crutches I do hope legal action ensues

PDoc so glad to hear your head above water, even if you are using it as a "mixer"image

Hosta relieved, like so many, that you are unaffected by the trouble

fairy we too had heavy snow here last night. I have honestly never seen such huge snowflakes and sooooooo cold

We had just made it home in time after the double funeral, it had been a very long day

i can't begin to describe the day but must comment that the two ministers excelled in demonstrating what good ministering is all about  we had lots of laughter and tears however  I hope we never ever have to do that again, so utterly sad.

having a quiet day to recharge  family all returned home so very very quiet.

There was a lot more last night, but it's now frozen and about minus two. At least the fog's gone. We may get more today. It's very pretty but some of the plants don't think so.

Don't think I'll be commenting on that thread - 'Have you done any gardening today'

Tea drinking will be more like it. image

    Stay warm and dry everyone.

Morning all. What a relief about Hosta! Glad Lily P got home safely after the funeral.

Mild, grey and damp here, not raining.

I wonder if I really will get round to taking down the C. tree today image It's still pretty and I'll miss it. It's a Nordman and hasn't lost a single needle.

Morning all!  I'm glad you're having a good time Hosta.

Cold and snowy weather expected here next week so I'll be making those winter preparations in the garden today. At last!
