Sounds heavenly Bob, soft fruit to distract image

You've been busy too Dove image Am about to come in myself (just sitting on the bench with a coffee).

Have done some tidying myself, removing old leaves and pulling weeds and grass. Still loads to do but it can wait for another weekend.

Fidget, have counted and I now have 21 new groups of snowdrops. I put between 3 and 4 bulbs per hole. So, including the ones I potted and left on my table (which will be moved to the garden once the flowers are gone), I recon you supplied me with about 100 bulbs image Thank you image

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

  • Hi everyone, still sunny but so very cold.

Just settled on sofa wuth a cuppa after housework, food shop and visit to big sis. OH watching footie soi'm  going to browse some gardening webs.

Lizzie looked at your web about Wakehurst,  some lovely pics on there took this one of a little bridge but it didn't turn out very well. Its a lovely walk there with lakes etc. Also 2 coffee shops and gift and plant shops. It is also part of Kew gardens and has a millennium seed bank. Hope you get chance to visit there, you'll enjoy it.

  • I've just been out into the garden and picked enough fresh mint to make a sauce-boat full of mint sauce to go with our roast lamb this evening image

Oooh Dove your day sounds ideal!! I've had a quick potter around, I've ALOT of rubble and soil to move but am already starting to wonder about planting plans. I think I'd best start getting my to do list written down before I get too carried away!
