Need a sausage sandwich to get the brain working KEF?
Trying to work out what I CAN DO in the garden today. This list is varying wildly from what needs to be done! Big lump of beef awaiting my attention for a roast tonight - guess that means I'd best start pottering on!
Got home safe and sound, although no seat on the train home, plus lots of sherbert laden souls, which vindicated my decision that she should not be travelling home alone.
Rain here at the moment, but they are predicting showers, so hoping I can get out in the non-rainy gaps and put some more plants in the ground. Dad coming later - football to be watched- so will not be round much.
Cherry tree would be a lovely addition to front garden..... And i'm sure these bulbs will put on a fantastic display, whatever they are ......
Dove if you have a plant in mind, there is never a reason not to buy it.
I am so excited this morning. Just has a text to say we have got our Glastonbury tickets, via the resale. I shall now be singing all day, so stay away from Sheffield.
Have a great day everyone.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
KEF, thanks for the Aubergine info, mine are lovely little plants now, although quite a lot of them - 21 oops
I now know why I have so many courgettes after watching GW, I sowed 2 seeds per pot and was meant to remove the smallest, none were small so I've kept them all......even bigger Face LOL!!
I think I am going to sell some to raise money for Beagle Welfare, if anyone lives local and would like some let me know If not I taking them to the walk but it isn't until the middle of June so they will be huge by then!!!!
KEF, are your things in the box now dead? That's the kind of thing I'd do! Found a box of rather shrivelled allium bulbs when cleaning out a gardening bag. Am annoyed as I like them and thought they were in the garden somewhere!
Glad you got home safely Chicky.
Congrats on the tickets Pd Are you going to camp or glamp?
Having a rethink about digging up the apple tree and replacing with he magnolia. My garden could take both so may move the magnolia up the garden a bit and put it in between the apple and the pear tree. Less digging
Still have some plants to, well, plant so I better get up!
