I feel really aggrieved that a soldier who had two legs and an arm blown off had to go to Australia and pay £90,000 to get prosthetic legs. I think that anyone in his position should get what it takes to give him some semblance of a reasonable life, without having to fork out for it himself.
Good morning Dove,Pat, joe,Verdun and Fidgetbones Hope you are all well and looking forward to Christmas .

Hostafan the NFU Insurance are a joke. They wont cover land rovers off road: so how the chuff are farmers meant to actually farm? Use a Vauxhall Corsa to get across the fields??

Hello Flumpy and Clarington. Sorry I can't share some of the heat and I've no comments about insurance companies - they're all hopeless. hope everyone has a good weekend.
Happy birthday to Mr Dove, Mr Fidget and Pat's son. Flumpy have a lovely cuddle with your Goddaughter.
It sounds quite windy out so when OH offered to walk the dog this morning I let him. Thanks for asking about my foot LilyP and jo. It's still very painful but at least I know it will get better eventually.

Hi Jo and Lesley. Keep well folks. I hope your weather is kind to you.
have got the rest of the washing off the line, and slumping in front of the box - history of the East India Company. Sometimes I think it's better to not know some of the things our people have done in the past.
