Winter song I wondered where all the blankets had gone.

Feeling unwell has turned into vomiting, but at least that seems to have eased my headache. The dog was most concerned! Think he was worried I was drinking out of his big white water bowl.

Lilly: do keep safe on the roads, I hope your visit helps.

Jo: I am unfortunately not surprised the agents are so awful at getting stuff done, they never seem to care once they have your money. Perhaps you need to suggest with holding rent to cover the cost of getting someone in to get it repaired? Helpful offerings like that do tend to perk their ears up.

KEF: Good luck with the shopping, I went yesterday. Regretting not having a spare freezer that I could have stocked up in October to keep us fed til February. Online shopping gets more and more tempting!

Bushman: didn't hear you sneak in  there. I'm glad that the shadow is treatable, keep rattling it proves at least you're still moving. I hope all the sore bits heal quickly.

image So that's more hours unpaid,  a bigger mortgage and less money in the pocket then? imageimage

She deserves a bit of good luck.

She's just about to split with a long term BF , move out of the flat they've just bought and then find somewhere to rent .

We have to go up to Surrey after our hols and clear all her stuff out and bring it back here to store for her.

    Devon.

Well, I put a pot of coffee on and tidied up for the kitchen firm man. The pot wasn't under the spout properly so it went anywhere but in the jug, and made a right mess.  Kitchen man then spent an hour doing that tooth sucking thing and then telling me why they cant fit tall cupboards, and even short cupboards are going to cost an arm and a leg. But their fitting service is half the price of B and Q. Yes, the kitchen is looking tired. Its been in 25years. Thats why I'm having a new one. Duurgh.imageimage

I'm coming around to the same conclusions as my friend. No kitchen, no storage space, how many years of ready meals from M&S will that cover.image
