    afternoon all.

My rubbish sleep patterns had me awake until 3 this morning. image

Raining again here and Bushman, I agree about the damp and bad knees. I see the consultant a week today about mine so hopefully he'll have words of wisdom for me.

Must do something productive today as yesterday was just a wash out.

On a plus point, the practice nurse called and we're both up to date with holiday jabs so no need for 2 hour + round trip to Exeter.

    Keep warm and dry.

Verdun, that's a new one for me. I didn't know you could get Gardening Australia over there.  Who's your favourite presenter?  I've always liked Jane Edmondson, but I usually get a laugh from watching Costa.

Dove, kind of wondering about your lunch invitation - it'll be good to hear your comments after.

real estate issues -when we were moving back to the farm on retirement, we had an offer on our house in Melbourne so got all excited about getting things done here, then 6 weeks later we got word from the useless real estate people, that the intended purchasers hadn't been able to get a loan from the bank to finish the purchase. That was 6 weeks that the house was off the market. We weren't happy. Some things never change.

Didn't realise you needed jabs to visit Exeter these days, Hosta.  Must be the global warming.  Anyway, you wouldn't want needles in that bit of you that's so recently been in the wars.
