I'm back. Looks as though Malta will be hosting Junior Eurovision next year.

After a last cuppa, I think I'll be going to bed even though it's only 9.30.  I had a big day today.

glad everyone is having a good Saturday. I must say this Black Friday is a bit mind boggling to watch the antics on TV tonight. Vision of people fighting in stores in the US. I find it all a bit strange.

Our Christmas this year will be just us and our son and daughter, so it'll just be a nice relaxing day.  we're planning seafood. (garlic prawns and crayfish on garlicky buttery rice.) Hubby always produces a special Icecream for Christmas which has dried fruit and nuts in it.

Sorry Hosta. image  Felt I couldn't say vile again as I'd already used it, although that was what was appropriate   image

I heard something the other day and thought of you in Pedant's Corner. Someone said, when talking about their new album/cd - 'it's more edgier'. I found myself shouting at the radio  'NO, it's edgier or more edgy, you f***y'. image

Glad you're both having a good time image

Flapjacks are in the oven. Another American import Hosta. Big sigh...image

Glad somebody else yells at the radio / TV! My personal pet hates are on programmes such as Masterchef when they insist on saying "Next up is...."

Just "Next ...." will do nicely, thank you.

Am getting on with my jobs - honest image

Weather forecasters who tell me it will be chilly in the "morning time" or refer to "the clouds in the sky" (where else are they gonna be for Pete's sake?) ...
