    Evening image

I am so over Black Friday it's ridiculous. I had 14 emails when I woke up this morning all offering me money off things I didn't want or need image Think I've had about another 10 or so during the day too image

P'doc, well done on finding the bracelet image Something good at last image

Did have something else to write but my brain has fallen apart and I can't remember what it was image

Oooo, I know, KEF, I am sorry about the car. Why do these things happen so near to Christmas? image

And did OH materialise this time Edd?image

Nice sunny day, bit chilly. Have swept all the leaves on the kitchen terrace, mostly lime and oak, and finished planting up the pots.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Got one Fairy -  fairtrade platinum and two ethically sourced diamonds - had it a few years now image

Edd - Apparently Black Friday is so called because in the US the Friday after Thanksgiving, being a public holiday and the start of the Christmas shopping season, is the when the big shops' finances begin to show a profit (move into the black).   I heard that on R4 the other day.

Wonky has been shopping with her father - she said she got some bargains - a bag of Bramley apples, a cabbage and some fluffy socks.  I taught her how to shop image

Evening all, Weather is awful here, had a horrible drive back from Firstborns, terrible traffic and very heavy rain.

Glad you found the bracelet P'docimage.

Sorry about the car KEF not a good time to have additional expense.image

Have rebelled against Black Friday and have gone all day without spending any money at all, very pleased with myself.

Have just had a real good laugh.  Someone put a video called Footballers vs Stretchers.   I expect they got it from Youtube.  It was hillarious.

    Off for a browse.
