We hope not too Dove - have a 6am start to get to Heathrow for 9 for a meeting.
Don't really need to be de-icing the car before we face rush hour on the M25.

Thought I'd left all that stuff behind me a while ago - but every now and again it comes back to bite you on the btm image

Hope Topbird's safely on her way without having had to do any scraping.  At least there's no chance of any snow around here image

Plenty up in Fairy-land I expect image

Morning all - hiya Pat. You're getting all the weather now! image

No snow here either - but plenty just a bit further north, although not below about 1,000 feet yet. It'll come though! Carol just said so.....image

No idea what Edd talk about most of the time either, so don't worry Steve image  and no inclination to have salt or sugar in my tea - or coffee when I have it image

Good morning Dove, Bushman and those to appear.  Hi Patimage.

Bushman I've got all the ingredients for baking but they've not been put together yetimage.  No frost or snow here either but everywhere is very soggy.

Chicky I'm back home now from my 'holiday'image.  It's time to try to get my own house in order now.  Where does all the junk appear from?image.

Lily I hope you had a lovely tIme with your little poppet yesterdayimage.  Christmas is going to be very specialimage.

Off for the morning amble.  It used to be a walk but my energy levels have dipped.

I made some cranberry and sultana flapjacks Bushman. You could almost have them as breakfast really since they're porridge and fruit. Ideal for energy Lesley image

I'm off in  a few mins too. Have a good day everyone and stay warm image

Steve the gardening vet. When are you going to post some photos of your renovations? You must be finished by now.

I'm waiting for my new desk to arrive to give you all the full effect! Room is done, TV and sofa are in, fish tank establishing. Desk due in next two weeks.

Think I'll have to try one of those bars Fairyimage.  There was a lovely sky when I went out earlier.

  • Oooh that's gorgeous Lesley - we had a very dull start to the day, but now we have blue skies and white fluffies image

I'm just trying out my new knee support as I'm playing tennis later this morning - it's not the most comfortable feeling in the world, but if it stops my knee bending the wrong way ... image
