And finally put up my bug box! Gg, have I put it in a suitable place? It's on my pear tree.
4thPanda - it looks like a great place for bugs, so exciting to see it in your garden, Just need to wait for the bugs to move in
Hello Forkers
Pond area has been getting clearer in the last few days in the back garden, whole full wheelie bin ready to be emptied tomorrow, very wet for a while today even though it was sunny early.
Been to the Botley Hillier GC today got some yellow dogwood and a few other plants artemisia powis castle and used the 20% off voucher for January, could not get any bird food there as they are re-doing some of the floor and you are not allowed in those areas - wanted to look for different feeder as some of the food getting wet, mushy in the feeders here because of the weather, so that will be a trip needed to the Romsey Hillier sometime
WW - I saw some moss in small baskets if you are still looking for some.
Just finished watching the garden revival show, what a great lot of fruit trees, I have 3 apple trees one of them a little one not fruited yet and a peach tree got first peach this year delicious
Bedding plants amazing so many ideas there with the box bedding, what a great garden our forum member has so nice to see her garden
Thanks WW was looking most times when went to the GC's found some
Hi Gg.. Sent you a PM back I've been taping the Garden Revival series so that I can watch in my own time. Have caught up with the stumparies episode and the wild flowers one. They look really good.
Had a lovely evening, not too many sherbets Lily, it is a school night
Been busy today. Meeting this morning, fund raising for local charities by C of E here in France. Will be having a garden party with strawberries in June. Then lunch with friends. Lots of TV I like this evening. Train journeys, gardening, Bletchley. Now I expect everyone has gone to bed, which is where I'm going.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
