I made a loo roll holder from a bit of a cut down tree branch. Cut a 2 inch round and screw a bit of an old wooden handle to it about 35cms long. I let the wood dry before varnishing it, but it split a bit, not that it matters.

The forecast on the radio just announced there will be snow on the hills - maybe ten centimetres....shock, horror. Is that to go with the lovely thick coating they already have then?....
