Runny - what dreadful news. Will be thinking of you all, and sending hugs and positive thoughts for a full recovery for your brave son. Stay strong, and know we are all here for you.
Dear Runnybeak I feel so bad for you and your family. I hope the news is more cheerful for you in the coming days.
There is so much sadness lately. First the Paris thing, then the WA bushfires and now Your son. I feel quite down for everyone. The latest reports from WA are that the people in cars that got caught by the fire were a local farmer and 3 backpackers who were working on the properties. They were from Sweden, Norway and Germany, so not only the district to grieve for a local but three families in Europe. I'm not sure if this wholly correct, but as time goes by, reports will be more accurate.
sorryto be so morbid. I'm playing music, as Dove suggested, while cooking more strawberries.
Runny, I know exactly what you're going through. My eldest was mugged on his way home from a party when he was a teenager. They were no dogs but it was 5 against one and my son is not the fighting kind
When I first saw him, my heart was torn apart, these are our children! Good people, good souls. Brave as you say
My son was saved by someone stopping in their car, or it could have been fatal. He has since made a full recovery with minor issues like dental work. I pray for your son's full recovery, I feel sorry for the misguided dogs. Who can truly understand what goes through their minds?
