I have just done something really disgusting, was feeling a bit down, so drove to the SM, bought a box of chocolates and have now eaten the lot. Did they make me feel better? No, actually they were not very nice.
Little Piddle was always one of my favourite place names.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Pdoc - my binges are cheese or cured meat, sometimes with pickles
Glad to say feverish aches seem to have gone - just feeling very snotty now At least my ears are working - a loud flock of geese just flew over the house - I rushed out into the garden to see them - I think they're on their way from the coast to the Welney wetland in the Fens - they were heading in that direction and so many geese and swans spend the winter in that area.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Last week was a bit of a drag with little to do. This week is the exact opposite with activities planned for every day.
Today I am off to Norwich for a couple of hours shopping (cross a couple of things off the C list) & then meeting a couple of dear friends for a nice girlie lunch at a garden centre / farm shop just outside the city on the SE side. Will be swapping a few plants which is always nice to do
Hoping to leave here abt 9 so best get in the shower...
PS - Runny - 'Gusset' is an excellent word - schoolgirl titter.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Morning all. The calm before the storm here I think. Mainly further north though. Hope Liri doesn't get blown away when it arrives tomorrow. Argyll and Bute has had weather warnings for days now

KitKats for me just now doc. I justify it by being out on the hills. It's almost medicinal...
I'll have a look at your list Steve. Don't get me started on gussets RB....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
