i think we need further explanation!!

there has been the usual on the thread since you left but there has also been the "unusual" in the amount of compassion help and hilarity which keeps us all goingimage

its very very windy again tonight, I love it when I am all tucked in by the wood burner

but the dogs will only go out if I go tooimage

    Evening all.

I have just done something really disgusting, was feeling a bit down, so drove to the SM, bought a box of chocolates and have now eaten the lot. Did they make me feel better? No, actually they were not very nice.

Little Piddle was always one of my favourite place names.

Pdoc - my binges are cheese or cured meat, sometimes with pickles image

Glad to say feverish aches seem to have gone - just feeling very snotty now image  At least my ears are working - a loud flock of geese just flew over the house - I rushed out into the garden to see them - I think they're on their way from the coast to the Welney wetland in the Fens - they were heading in that direction and so many geese and swans spend the winter in that area.

    Morning all, evening Pat.

Makes a chang to be an early poster image

Last week was a bit of a drag with little to do. This week is the exact opposite with activities planned for every day.

Today I am off to Norwich for a couple of hours shopping (cross a couple of things off the C list) & then meeting a couple of dear friends for a nice girlie lunch at a garden centre / farm shop just outside the city on the SE side. Will be swapping a few plants which is always nice to do image

Hoping to leave here abt 9 so best get in the shower...

PS - Runny - 'Gusset' is an excellent word - schoolgirl titter.

Morning all. The calm before the storm here I think. Mainly further north though.  Hope Liri doesn't get blown away when it arrives tomorrow. Argyll and Bute has had weather warnings for days now image
