I'm as kipper as a giddy My dead Meconopsis blue poppy, in a pot, has a bit of new growth, I think Will resist from having a touch or a poke, but if it is the real thing yipee.....pics to follow when it's 4' high LOL. By the way where is that P doc?
Thanks Wintersong, all but two are first earlies, others 2nds, will be enough to feed two ( Dove make a note!) for the year, still have one helping of Pentland Javelin in a sack in the garage. I'm a devil for saving them to have with something "nice" and forgetting them. Must make myself a note.
Rain here and none too warm. I'll be able to do my weed n feed soon.
Slate patio sounds nice Dove. I was thinking of one for here once I do the grass but not sure. Had another thought on the Ophio. Square lead planter with them round the edge and a 'cone' of Holly.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Giddy as a kipper KEF Not heard that for ages and love that saying, it always makes me smile Your spuds look good, I hope mine are doing that well soon, no sign of life at the moment but only put in last week.
I'm in such a good mood today, don't know why, well I do but that's for me to know, you could say I'm as giddy as a kipper Looking forward to Friday and no-one but no-one is going to upset me this week......la la la la la la
I love getting bargains like that Verdun, I call it rescuing the plants My rescued Clematis that cost me £1 at the end of last summer is doing well, it was just a couple of twigs and I'm quite pleased with how it's come on for a newbie No idea on the variety though but will post pics when it flowers.
