Feels very late for me - had a bit of a lie in image

That cheese n chard tart sounds nice Pat image

Glad you had a nice trip Steve. Saw your lovely pic on the camera thread.

WW - yes- it would be an insult just to put that jam on toast. Definitely needs some cake round it! Have a lovely day with mum image

No fried eggs for me Dove. I'll stick to  my porridge. I think it might be difficult not to graze all day with the miserable weather. image

Who says wildlife can't adapt....just watched a dunnock sitting on the perch in the cage. He didn't look 100% comfy but, hey - it's a start!  image   Dennis is very comfortable with it now.

Steve I've never used anything except sugar and a bit of lemon juice. My jams always set.  Wonky we have plenty of spongers around hear (image), but I think not the kind you  are talking about.

morning Dove, that looks good, but a bit late for us. I'm currently warming up the tart that Hubby made earlier for our dinner tonight. I tried to put a photo on, but it wouldn't upload.  Will try again.

Amazing. It worked. He used a tasty cheese with the chard and a layer of potato over the pastry.

Dover for the continent, Eastbourne for the incontinent, is it not? image

Misty and warm - about to go and do something useful au jardin.  Laters (as I believe is the modern idiom).

  • Right, just getting ready to catch the bus ......... see you later folks ......... or maybe even tomorrow ...........

    Have a good day all

image morningimage. One night out and I sleep for Englandimage

However, a peek out the curtains tells me I'm not missing much gardening time - rain and winds howling roundimage.  Bought my Christmas cake and pudding ingredients yesterday so the kitchen is going to be full of yummy smells this weekend.  Going to be strange not having Chicklet around to stir the pudding and make her wish ....do you think I'm allowed to wish twice?  Its definitely a 4 wish miximage.

Hope you enjoy Kinky Boots Hosta - one of the friends I was out with last night is going today too - so say helloimage

hope the hair-dos survive the gales in Norwich - have a fun dayimage
