Lots of compost-fodder then, FG?  Cleaning boots certainly does count as busy - don't remind me! (I hope to get on my feet for a bit today - it's a lovely day for being outside and I've had enough of horizontality).

Afternoon all, and yes I admit I have only just emerged from my pit. OH was up hours ago and has disappeared somewhere. I need more coffee.

Typical, the weather looks good for first time in ages and I spend the morning in bed.

Glad the news on all the poorly people sounds good.

Need to check I have beer in for the rugby.

    See you later.

Night Pat - glad you enjoyed your dinner image

Steve - are you still a bit under the weather? That's miserable. We don't look after our feet well enough I expect - don't know how mine put up with me image

I always mean to bring my boots in from the car right away and clean all the sheep pee/peat bog wetness from them before they dry off. Doesn't usually happen imageTrying to be more careful with the new ones though. The stitching does rot more quickly when they get lots of soakings.

Hubby has started on ironing duties ( he LOVES it, no he really does. ) so I ought to get out and do something productive.

Turned in to a gloriously sunny day.

    Enjoy Saturday everyone.

Just had a phone chat with Wonky - she sends ((hugs)) to all, especially Chicky - glad OH is home image

Wonky and her lovely hub have a friend down from Liverpool for the weekend, and are having a bit of a gathering to 'warm the new flat' so she's not got time to post at the moment.  I've told her I'll pass on her best wishes to you all.

Hosta - that sounds brilliant for OH image

Now I'm going to have a doze, as I'll be driving late this evening. image
