Think the rain is down to a drizzle and just a slight breeze. Oak tree looks ok, too dark to see if there's any small branches off, shed looks ok. Garden swing seat tipped over. Yet to go out to see bins, but I did hear them banging about last night!
Good Morning...........Calmed down a lot here. Very wild last night and have found my home made construction of a cold frame has been flattened so will have to try and re- construct that today.
Don't forget to defrost stuff folks and hope that those who live on the east side will be safe. It sounds bad in Dorset too.
Good morning all - safe and sound here in the East - jolly windy in the night and rain on the west facing windows kept me awake for a while - OH saw the fox again this morning, but she was about much later than on other nights - even the wildlife kept their heads down.
Hope son's roof and chimney withstood the weather - they're right on the coast and they've only just had it repaired after the last big storm!
OH is presiding over the last day of Turkey Mayhem - the new owners are very grateful to him for all his support - our Free Range Goose was truly Free!!! The previous owner's regular present to staff was a tin of Quality Street each.
Hopefully OH will be home mid afternoon then he can have a sloe gin, wrap my unicycle and put his feet up for a couple of days

Still raining here as well
what colour is our log cabin, is it painted nicely on the inside? and filled with lots of goodie foods cake and biscuits
Goodie Verdun lets see if I can get to the log cabin to eat some of those biscuits - don't mind the rusty container as long as the food is fresh
I think the storm is here already
Oh Verdun, our cabin had a leak?, thank you for repairing it.
I just can't believe this weather, still raining!!

Won't start giddiness and joking until we know if all are safe and homes okay.
