    Morning all.

    Rubbish sleep pattern strikes again.

    Morning Dove and Pat.

    Good luck Panda.

BTW Fairygirl, Pandas are not bears, they're more related to racoons.

I woke every hour and 15 mins right through the night! What's that all about?

Cuppa tea then heading back to see if I can get a bit more.

Have a good nap. Hosta.  Have you got something on your mind? I always get a restless sleep if something is worrying me.

It's a bit of stress/anxiety rearing it's head Hosta - you're probably worried about knees.  You need your holiday ... won't be long now ((hugs))

    Here you are ...

Thanks ladies. You are so kind.

I've had hideous sleep patterns for the last 40 years. I'm kinda used to it , in a very frustrating way.

On a major plus side. I spoke to my elder daughter and she's planning on coming down with OH and going back with him ,so she'll be here for a weekend. They're going to sort out which weekend between them.

That sounds like a grand weekend ... enjoy!

When I have a spell of waking in the night I have the radio on World Service, very quietly, just enough to give my brain something to focus on rather than go off rambling on it's own ... works for me image

I know I shouldn't be looking at the clock . "if it's dark, go back to sleep" is what I should be saying.

If I wake in the night the first thing I do is look at the clock ....... it almost always says 2.22 image

Me too. The clock is positioned in such a way to catch my eye without having to twist my neck.  That has to be a mistake! Mind you, I'd just nodded off this morning after letting HRH out for her morning wee, when the phone rang. Not happy. It was Hubby's fire captain with something that could have waited for a couple of hours.  Grrr.
