Hostanfan , I like Abbott ale as well , one of our local pubs does it on draft , very nice

Antwerp bought some different bottles of Belguim beer 7.4 & 10 .6 , no wonder they are in small bottles

    Cheers image

Does anyone remember where I put the silver nut dish and the silver fruit bowl last January?   They're not in the sideboard where they should be image

Oh well, if I can't find them I don't have to get the silver polish out do I? image

Be sure to search out your valuables Dove, my mother *misplaced* jewellery last year and then realised she had left the gardener at home alone but could never prove he was responsible. image

Need to put in some hours this evening, helping OH with his deadline, he's starting to get over the mother of all colds finally, just in time for Christmas image. Had a lovely coffee with old friend today; tomorrow I am delivering Christmas presents for co-workers who have no idea since I opted out of the secret Santa thing.

I love the giving part of this season, I love showing that I care

Hubby has lost the recipe for his Pulled Shoulder of Pork.

Has anyone got a good one they've tried?

    Devon.
  • Hosta, I've done this one and it's soooooooo good - I didn't finish it off on the BBQ but I'd love to try that

    Evening lovely people  image

I expect I've missed Bushman - but I hope he has a good Christmas and New Year - without any flooding image

Never too early for mulled wine I expect, although it always gave me the dry boak even when I did drink image

Very cold wind here - it's making that whistly noise which I rather like image

    Lovely pic jo image

I haven't got your doo dahs Dove - honest image

W'song - how is doggy today? I haven't looked back properly yet if you've already said. We used to have a beautiful little pony who was a bit tricky in the show ring because he was nervy. Night before shows he always got the runs - awkward as he was grey/white image  A friend of mine always said  'oh look, Foe's got scoury bum'  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
