SGL - yes, coconut and chocolate - I've not made it before 'cos I don't like desiccated coconut and OH isn't keen on chocolate cake - but I think the Moving Volunteers will like it and I won't be tempted to eat it image

It's a River Cottage recipe, I can't find it online, but this blog has an adaptation of it that looks good https://annauk1.wordpress.com/2011/05/27/river-cottage-bounty-bar-cake/

Just going to the shops on my bike to pick up the coconut .......

    Morning all.

There is a lovely dogs home, Twilight, for old dogs here in SW France, run by an English couple. They ask for old duvets and bedding for the dogs. http://www.twilightchiens.com/

Going to pot up my new plug plants, but must have a clear out of the cold frames first.

    Yay!  Good luck Panda! image

I'm back from shops.  I went in the car in the end 'cos I remembered we needed loo rolls and there's no way I'd get them in the bike basket along with the other shopping.

Now the desiccated coconut is soaking in the coconut milk - it has to soak for a couple of hours so I'll find something else to do for a while.
