Morning Chicky imageDidn't mean to go to sea is based on the Orwell Estuary - down by Pin Mill etc - you can't go to sea on the Broads image

The Butt & Oyster is highly recommended if you don't already know it!

Good walks along the river after lunch image

Thanks Chicky. I got one on iBooks  this morning. It was the 80th anniversary version of swallows and amazons.  Started reading it then and will get back to it tonight.  I can't believe  how many titles there were.  He must have been a prolific writer.

Pdoc, can't imagine what your favourite remedy could possibly be.image

Dove. It must take the pleasure out of laying out enjoying the evening. Hope the bites ease soon.   Like you, we like to watch the wild life, but I watch out the window, for similar reasons. image

doc- the back pain's nothing compared to the pain of the credit card statement...image

Pat - Clari was suffering with the heat - no chance of that here image

Glad hubby is well on the mend now. I'm sure you'll both make up for lost time -  I see you've already started! Know what you mean about those cookery shows. Apparently less people are cooking - the opposite of what was intended. We're just sitting watching them and eating more 'instant' food in case we miss something!

Have to go - catch you all later. Have a  great day image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Have discovered that water butt is leaking ever since papa womble fiddled with the tap! image told him I don't use the tap, just dip the watering can in the top, but being a man he had a go at fixing it before bu****ing it up and leaving it! image

Have a great day folks! image
