Yes, exciting times Wonky, go with the flow and embrace the change.

Glad the scan went OK Lily, fingers crossed for good results and hope your family news isn't too awful.

Off to visit grandchildren this afternoon, apparently they are missing us after spending 3 weeks on holiday together (between you, me and the gatepost I was enjoying the peace and quiet).

Yes I have seen Verdun's rose thread Busy.  I think he need Dove to give him a good spanking for making mischief.image

It looks like it rained all night here and is still persisting down.  The grass already looks greener. Hope the water butt is full.

Catch up with you all later.

Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands

    Afternoon one and all.

    More hugs for Lily.

I have an appointment to see the Orthopaedics assessment people. Sept 14th.!!!

Another month of pain and shuffling. I've asked if they contact me if they have a cancellation.

On a plus note. I think Mr , or Mrs , Hedgehog visited last night.

I finely minced up some chicken cat food, as recommended, out left it out and there's definitely a fair big gone overnight.

    Devon.

there was a patch missing about hedgehog tummy sized and I'd tucked the saucer between some tubs.

We've never had foxes up near the house, they're always down near the woods and yeah, had it been a cat or fox, I think it'll all be gone .

Fingers crossed for another visit to-night.

    Devon.

I've hung some washing out - weatherimage it will dry or not remains to be seen - it's not raining, but it's not dry either.  I've also picked some more runner beans for supper this evening, and the first portion of Polka raspberries of the season image

I don't know 'weather' it'll stay dry either Dove, but I don't care - cos I'm on me hols now!  image

Think the rain we were meant to get has arrived at LP's garden instead - sorry image

Glad all went well LP and hope your forthcoming news isn't too traumatic. x

I think it would be a mistake having you in charge of a nursery Verd. They'd have no stock left....image

Re 'pants' talk,  Steve's Brazilians reminded me of young fairy's newest purchases. I commented that they were hardly worth putting on and had even less material than the age 11-12 ones she'd been wearing...image They do take up less room on the washing line though image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
