image Might need a third glass of wine...

Sister in law didnt say that she had filled the garage and the upstairs bedroom with her overflow c**p. But we're expected to sort it out...while she is on holiday....

Sister in Law lives next door to  mother in laws house, and she's had three months.

I dont think she appreciated the phone call to ask her to move it asap as the house is going on the market tomorrow... and then we find out that its not all her rubbish, she is storing some of her friends as well...

I hope next door neighbour has remembered to shit greenhouse doors.. we had a frost last night and my tomatoes won't like it.

  • Evening all bit late me for today been as busy as bee image

Evening all. Just seen all your piccies from the Crocus sale Stacey. Looks like you got some real bargains. I think I might persuade the OH to take a look at the next sale date and see what we can find. Any tips on how to get the best out of the sale?

Been a busy day here. Just managed to plant up my Osteospernum and Gazania seedlings. Can't believe slugs have got in and eaten the tops off some of my seedlings image

Dove- know what you mean about Lily beetle. On the lookout on my lilies.

Fidget ((hugs)) and yes, have another one - does it count as fratricide if it's an in-law?

Fidget don't you just family ? image  You are slightly more south than me and GH stayed open here last night.

MrsGarden I've counted and have 7 plants, did you nick one? Not planted stuff yet as still blowing a gale here when I got back from Sister's house.

OH well on way home seems his phone broken as no more texts, image good job I packed enough tissues in his rucksack for the 3 of them.

Lily beetles image This year I have sprayed them, they have still had a go but nothing like last year's chomping.

Think I might have another early night, as I was up at 6.30am with the giddy kipper, I've also remembered not to switch off power to tele as OH has set it to record footie highlights imageimage

Thanks Archie I will ask him, sure he will, he's 61 and been going since he was 8.

I can remember being bathed in the sink and knocking on the tiles with a nail rush to the lad next door who got put in their sink at same time as I did...."tell kids these days & they won't believe you"...per Monty Python.  We had progressed then after living in a wet paper bag in the middle of the road imageimage

  • Evening all. Hope everyone feels better by tomorrow. It's always a shame when you're ill during the holiday.

I pottered for a while, found eighty odd tulip bulbs I'd forgotten about. Some had rotted but put the rest in so I'll see what happens.

Then I've come to my mums for the night- it makes the journey to daughter in Devon much shorter tomorrow. Mums wifi isn't working so making the most using my sisters whilst we're here for supper.

Fidget hope everything gets sorted soon.

Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow whatever you're doing.
