New toy is good if a bit messy. Get a spiraliser, kef. Courgetti Bolognese is great.
I opened the bedroom curtains to find a sparrowhawk looking at me. He was sat on the kitchen extension above the bird feeder on the hanging basket hook. I don't know who was most surprised, me or him. He decided to go and sit in the Oak tree instead. Its a shame he's not fond of squirrel and prefers great tits.
I knew Verdun had some scheme hatched to have a delivery of plants practically every day! don't think I want to be his neighbour after all...mind you he has good cake supplies!
Like the sound of a sparkling updo Fidget! Very Glam! I know we are at home in boots and trainers on here but your going to look lovely and feel amazing!
Glad your horse settled in Busy L I'm sure all her friends will adjust, you will have to visit her so they can smell she's still around!
Housework day today.....friend coming down from Liverpool for the weekend so extended version of DJ collective in my front room for the whole weekend....much cooking and cleaning to do and I predict going to bed about six am Sunday morning! its going to be a multi disco ball and moonflower laserbeem kind of night on Saturday and I have much to prepare!
Lizzie I'm glad you have seen Lena settle in and know that she will be well cared for
I was pondering what a spiralizer was. It came to me eventually but I'd probably end up using it on potatoes. Could be one of the reasons I'm little on the large side.
Thanks for asking LilyP - my foot is less swollen and I'm not limping quite so much but getting any kind of footwear on is difficult. My Mum is sticking it out in bed, taking the tablets and hoping things improve over the weekend. This is one of the times I really wish we lived nearer. Still hoping to get away next week (we wouldn't be able to claim on insurance as it's an existing condition) but if we're needed it will be easier with the dog already booked into kennels.
KEF I hope you gave Rb what for at break time. If not I'll come and stick up for you at lunchtime.
Sounds as though you're going to have a fun weekend Wonky. Bed at 6am? Don't know how you youngsters do it.
