    Hello

Lovely day here - warmth just hits you when go outside.

    Meet Pippin

    image

Been hard work this afternoon, although she seems very good. She was a bit bemused by a) size of kitchen/living room then b) size of garden but seems happier since she has had a snooze.

She chose the middle of the kitchen floor to doze on, plenty of dog friendly mats and a lovely new bed to choose from though. We'll get there. She seems happier already but need a good dirt, tlc and lots of grooming to improve her coat. They say now she is 2 years old.

LP - I just got one of those log burner/barbecue/burner thingies for the garden. It was so cold the other day when it came I almost put it together in the lounge and threw some furniture and a lit match on it ....image

I'll have to go and cut the grass and do a couple of jobs while it's still dry before I get my dinner and conk out for the evening image

Enjoy your new pal Matty image

    Hello all

Been to the station done a few hours of weeding and planting and had two nice comments about the garden which is great - especially as we not been there for a bit as busy - the garden does look good

Pippin is gorgeous Matty.  It must be such a shock for her to have all that room to roam around after being in kennels.  I've found dogs always find their own place to sleep despite where you think is perfectimage.

Loved the walk LilyPimage.  Might get another warm one in a month or soimage.  Love the sound of your bbq, log burner thingy Fairy.  Perhaps you can light it near to you when weeding.  You could just throw the weeds on.  Umm, there's an ideaimage.

Like the idea of your art class Liri.  My guess is that you paint flowers and gardens.  Let us have a peep at one when you're happy with itimage.  Would like to see a pic of Dove's new hairdo too.  Sounds classy.  You can keep your underpinnings to yourself thoughimage

Hope you're feeling better Lizzie and able to see new grandson.

Should be the last day of building work tomorrow and then the hard work begins.  Hurrahimage

    Evening all.

Thanks for the warm wishes one and all. Unfortunately OH is 200 miles away in Hants this evening.

Shower then see what Mr Titchmarsh has to offer this evening.

    Devon.

Pippin looks a poppet, Matty!  Hope she settles quickly.  image

Lesley, today I just did a pencil drawing of a seal pup.  But yes, I love doing watercolours of landscapes & flowers.  Not liked any of them enough to frame them & hang them on the wall though!  image

On my way home through the park today I noticed that the Liriodendron has a few flower buds.  Don't think I've seen it flowering here before.  Will post a photo if I'm around when the flowers open.  image

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
