    I've been weeding and watching my new pond snails making themselves at home - then suddenly the heavens opened and I had to grab the washing off the line and bring it in.  I think that's gardening over for the day.   I'd better get on with making supper ...


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Voted, done SM shop for mum, pulled up the p s broccoli ready to make a bean bed, potted on my aubergines and liatris and then done some weeding. 

    Time to consider what I'm doing with salmon for tonight's meal.

    Went out, put the stakes in for the sweet peas. Got rained on, came in.

    Then the sun came out, and  I planted the sweet peas, then it rained again, so I got wet again and came in.

    I've still got to tie them to the stakes and water them inimage

    Raining on and off. Planted some peas though. Think need to plant somemore though.



    Annoyed as got a wasp nest in the shed (we are mid reroofing it) not good and not sure what to do now.
