Good morning KEF and anyone else who's up this morning.
I took a while to get off to sleep and heard the news from Glasgow - am hoping friends are ok - I'm sure they are, they have little ones, unlikely to have been out on a Friday evening, but everyone is somebody's loved one
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Hello Dove, terrible isn't it? I went to bed early and didn't know about it until this morning, I'm glad H had tele' on otherwise I'd have been putting smileys and stuff for St.Andrews day.
Clueless ( James) has posted on his blog thread, happy to hear he's on the mend.
Morning all ...... Just read ur posts and looked up the Glasgow thing.. all my inlaws etc are from Glasgow but are not the drinking type so think we are ok. How awful though. Well can't even see the grass now for oak leaves.... Am gonna get some black bags and leaf mould them. If it stays dry will get the leaf blower out lol daughter will love that !!!! Looks like it's gonna be a n ok day weather wise so.......
I've just had an indulgent brekkie - grilled local bacon in a toasted cheesey roll, and a big mug of coffee - I suppose I ought to get dressed at some stage this morning - I'm feeling a bit decadent

Glad i'm not the only one! Keep looking at the clock, can't believe I got up this late. Must get a wriggle on and shower and dress! Food shop to do and clear leaves in garden.
Xmas pressie shop can be done another day, prob too busy in shops today.
Today I shall tidy the house, rake some leaves, make some lists, take pie (homemade) out of the freezer for supper to make room for some Christmas baking being done later in the week - and I've got an overwhelming urge to do some drawing - first time for ages and ages - I'm finding ME again
Is anyone listening to R2 at the moment - brilliant playlist today, Kinks, Small Faces, Amen Corner, Roy Orbison .....
