Anyone see the Northern Lights last night? Me neither - bit foggy round here. Though after a frosty night we now have a beautiful, crisp sunny morniing, ideal for a spot of pre-trip-to-Ireland gardening.

Have visited a GC, went for garden gauntlets to help prevent gettig scratches - found a pair to fit (small Hands) so some other stuff fell into trolley - a lovely white chanomeles.and Gaura, white foxglove, dorinicum and some seed and rose spray.
All seem very chattyy Mouse just decided won't work

I was lucky with an Aldi climbing rose as when I planted it I cut the stems down and stuck one into the ground, absentmindedly, and it grew
