Good morning Chicky and anyone else who's up and about image  Isn't it weird how those dreams stay with you for a while - hope that cuppa sorts you out.

I've got to go into the city this morning - apart from some other bits and pieces, I need a special lightbulb for the Habitat lamp and the brilliant ironmongers in the city centre has them - I shall buy several - and look at their seeds - not that I really need any image

Morning all. Was sunny, but starting to cloud over.

For one who said he didn't care for roses, Verdun seems to be getting very excited about his new rose. I wonder if he'll think it looks lonely on it's own and will end up getting some more image

So much to do in the garden, mustn't panic! Somehow, since I reached 27, it seems to take me longer.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Morning all just popped in for a cup of tea been hard at it since 7 this morning a bit misty then but now bright sunshine and temp climbing 10 in the garden 16 on the balcony

    Have a good day all.

Poor ole girl, Lizzie.  I am dreading getting to 27, seems like a turning point, how do you cope??!!!!

Verduns rose will look lonely, you need to plant at least 3. Roses dont do so well in clean air, they thrive on a bit of polution, we had some nice ones in London. I am forever sticking cuttings in,  mostly from bunches of flowers, hopefully plant enough to make a show.

Its the most glorious day here, thick frost earlier, but warming up now, hopefuly peg some washing out, and open greenhouses, maybe even get some seeds sown.

Got to go to pharmacy, hate leaving mum but can combine it with a Morrison shop.

Even Tesco wont deliver to me.

Poor you Pandaimage.  Hope you feel better soon.

    Happy clematis planting Winterimage

KEF - hope the walk round SM stretches your legs so you can reach the pedals tonightimage.  Off to get eye drops but have to walk as car is still in garage.  The washing machine broke down yesterday and is a write offimage.  Still, it's a lovely sunny day for a change and will have a good laugh tonight as we're going to see Spamalot in Edinburgh.

A bit of gardening is on the cardsimage.  Takes me ages now as well Lizzieimage
