Just been listening about the pandas at Edinburgh zoo, very exciting, fingers crossed they manage to 'get it on' this time and have some bambino pandas

Panda and Lily, please be careful; my continued struggles at work over many years, when I clearly was not coping, eventually led to my complete breakdown and prolonged depression. If I had admitted to myself that I had a problem, I might not have ended up where I did. Admitting you have a problem, is not as I thought, a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.
