    Morning

Verdun hope your Mum is getting better

Panda and Lily, please be careful; my continued struggles at work over many years, when I clearly was not coping, eventually led to my complete breakdown and prolonged depression. If I had admitted to myself that I had a problem, I might not have ended up where I did. Admitting you have a problem, is not as I thought, a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.

I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you Punkdoc, was in that position some years ago (not work related tho) hopefully i'm not going to that place this time. Other things going on, but work seemed the final straw on wednesday. Didn't see it coming at all.

Hope your  back is better Punkdoc.image
