  • Morning All,

Dog walked, borrowed car cleaned (hoping it's going back today), mechanic promised to do ours this morning, cutting it a bit fine for morning, but still hoping, first load of washing in & now just building up to the myriad of other jobs, pantry needs a really good sort out, have jam jars (empty) everywhere ready for summer, also glass recycle  box full as it won't fit in borrowed car (Smart car) & the dog & cat food needs storing properly or someone is going to get the wrong dinner soon. image

You all sound jolly chilly, not too bad here, but not much sign of the sun.

Right, must get on, although another cup of coffee might just spur me on.....image

  • Thats a nice story Verdun, its bizzare how often a sad event can bring these things about, i do hope something nice happens to you soon image

Attempted the gym, got as far as the bus stop, realized that even by my standars i was just too late! Having beans on toast now, then as its a beautiful day, intend to het in the garden, might pull out the old raspberries image
  • Hello everyone. I've just had a lovely catch up with what you have all been up to. I've written off today without a hope of achieving anything useful as i have sick children off school, so have had a good long faff on the forum instead. Now I'm sulking by a sunny window accompanied by the sound of children's TV wishing I was out in the garden.

Might order some seeds online to make me feel like I've achieved something.

Went to hypermarket, followed by lunch at the Wok place (cheap Chinese buffet with friendly waitress). Amazing, hypermarket had one of my plant wishes for this year, Hydrangea Vanille Fraise, hope it's alive, just bare branches at the moment.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
