    Morning all.

Freezing here again. Am starting to go stir crazy, I so want to be doing stuff in the garden, but we are still covered with snow, and the ground is solid. Oh well, I suppose it might kill some of the pests off.

    Stay safe everyone.

How can you lie there and think of England

Good morning everyone I had to double check the time as so many of you are up early.

-2 here, ground frozen solid but traffic moving as normal on the road. We still have patches of snow on the green stuff and in some borders.

Bekkie pleased the lamb was enjoyedimage DD hope poorly ones are improving, I wouldn't have shared eitherimage

Liri I like to think most animals have some degree of feeling I've seen collared doves apparently grieving on a post above a pile of feathers and no evidence of their young one, they took it in turns to sit and call for most of the day.

Verdun hope today goes as okay as it can.

I've been dreaming about the dogs we used to have, wonder why that was imageimage

Staying indoors sounds a good idea unless you have to go out or mine salt, go steady.

Morning KEF, Fritillary, Bekkie, Pdoc, Granma and anyone else image

Oh dear, someone outside doesn't know how to drive on slippery slopes - lots of engine revving and tail-wagging going on - not really safe when there's lots of parents and little ones walking up the hill to school. image

  • Bonjela teething gel always worked for my two - easy to rub on and they seemed to like the taste image

  • Snow here too, quite unexpected, at least in this household. School bus is stuck up the hill. Out door plans have known converted to ironing and writing.

    Morning all. -3° Bleak.

Wish I could help Lesley eat some of the contents of her freezer so she could carry on cooking, but Dordogne is a long way from Scotland!

Had a weird dream, was going on a hiking holiday, some of the people were from the forum! Stayed in a hostel. I thought it was warm so I put on a summer dress, but when I went down to breakfast everyone was wearing jeans, pullovers, anoraks and hiking boots!

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Lizzie It's always a horrible feeling when you turn up somewhere underdressedimage.  I don't think I would have been one of the forum people staying in a hostel on a hiking holidayimage. Plenty of layers on here today as it was -5 when I took the dog out this morning.  Think we'll have to start eating some of the freezer stuff so I can start again

  • You lot need to stop eating cheese before bedimage
