We've got 'leftover soup' this evening - OH's is the leftover duck cassoulet from yesterday, with added veg turned into soup - mine is the leftover braised lettuce & peas from the day before, with some sliced leek and turned into stock. It's great now that I'm not tired all the time - I've got much more energy to be creative with my cooking
Haven't started Christmas shopping yet - must get around to making a list
