I managed to loose 2 hours sleep this morning!!!!! I set my clocks last night including my phone which is my alarm. Got up and ready for FIL to take son swimming while I visit my mum. My phone had also done its own thing overnight! Only checked phone and didn't look at clocks until after we had breakfast an hour too early! So so tired! Couldnt settle to sleep last night and was up quite late as well. Feeling sorry for myself now. OH will laugh his socks off, and be happy that I can't live without him (he's away atm).
Clari I'd go for 2 GH's. I don't have a very big veg bed, but I plant closer than recommended and enrich the soil between plantings, depending on what is going in. I can produce plenty to feed two and stock the freezer.

Glad to see Lizzie's post, she was a busy lizzie
Two does feel like it'll give me more options should we have a poor summer and extend the seasons slightly. I'm thinking of building two lengthwise raised beds in the second greenhouse to grow the likes of my tomatoes / chillies / other delights I learn about (thought about a grape vine) in while retaining the potting table and staging in the first.
(I haven't told him about wanting a secondary freezer in my Lady Lair to store harvests yet! Maybe I'll sneak it in when they do the electrics for the washing machine & tumble drier that'll also be living in there).

MrsGarden lol. Good morning.
Happy Mother's day all,
Son, who lives next door, has invited me for breakfast and then going to daughter's for dinner tonight so being spoilt.
Still in bed so better get up and walk the dog and feed the shetlands. Takes the animals a while to get used to the clocks changing.
Have a lovely day all.
Lol MrsG
