A cold wind blowing here too KEF but I think the canes in our garden are more likely to be mine blown over rather than Clari's. Perhaps she's sent them to you as an early Christmas present.
Clari - good luck with the inspection tonight
Thank's Verdun - just reminded me to put truffles on my list. Don't think I should - but I will
I meant to say, on the way back from Gt Yarmouth yesterday we passed huge flocks of pink footed geese newly arived from Iceland to spend the winter on the grazing marshes here, and then this morning a skein flew over here - honking noisily. Love them
If Barbara Harrison pops in anywhere can someone tell her to check her PMs re beans
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Well I never!!! I've just popped down the road to Waitrose and found myself shopping along side Gardening Royalty - Bob Flowerdew and family - (they only live a few miles away) - not sure who was following whom but wherever I was in the store there they were and then we ended up queueing at neighbouring checkouts! Hope they all have a Merry Christmas!
By the way, they didn't seem to be buying any fresh veg - they must have plenty of their own.

Morning all.
We are going to a Christmas party tonight. They obviously don't watch Strictly. Hope OH has set up the recorder properly for the Final.
I'm always nice, Beaus Mum!
Beaus

Blimey Dove, I wouldn't have been able to contain myself
Merry Christmas to all
My gardening 'break' lasted a day, was out this morning fixing a fence panel and kickboard that were out of place
Christmas nails are done
Now need to man up and tidy the living room . . . . maybe after this cup of coffee . . . . anyone else for one?
Just having one, thanks Panda.
Put up the tree this morning. Must sweep the floor and arrange pressies around it.
