Dove the BBC radio weather lady mentioned it was very warm at the moment: mentioning 13'C as a morning temperature! Most strange: although I work in a mostly unheated building, drive a mostly unheated car, I miss the crisp frosts!
(Bonus knowing they are of course slowing the slugs down!)
Waiting for the x-ray department to open & trying very hard not too buy any dog bits. Internet shopping makes it too easy! Partner is already hunting a dog guard & suggesting removing my car back seats completely for extra dog space!
Christmas Dinner last night was enjoyed by all. Great food and the live music led to much dancing and revelry. My fears about the numbers involved were entirely unfounded.

Lily: we're hoping to adopt a german shepherd from German Shepherd Dog Rescue. We've been wanting one for years but work etc is only just falling into place that we can really offer a good home.

KEF: they don't let you spray them disinfectant as they enter the classroom. Foolish really we could save so many people from the awful bugs this way!

Susan also a lot of hassle to cancel cards and expense to replace locks etc. I feel sorry for your daughter.
Dear Verdun hugs, it isn't a betrayal it was the only option you had. My thoughts are with you. Maybe even if you feel cramped it is a good thing to have your much loved niece with you at this time.
