Morning all. Raining so off to supermarket and Wok place for lunch.
There's a thought - I could go into the city a bit later and visit Wagamama
Decided to forgo lunch out, went on the earlier bus, bought pork chops and fennel for supper this evening, shin of beef for a bit casserole for the weekend, and two M&S tops and a woolly cardi
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Wet and dreary here, and the weathers not very good either!
Been trying to sort out the greenhouse, door fell off yesterday, shattering all the glass. The whole thing is to put it mildly, tatty, more bits of plastic and wood, where the glass ought to be. Dream of a new one, but I am told that it is not a priority!
Apparently not having had the house decorated for 15 years, and a rather naf orange pine kitchen, are more urgent. She is not a gardener.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Maybe try the one about all the fresh air, exercise and daylight doing you good. You might even grow edibles to help reduce shopping bill and save Mrs.Pdoc having to shop for salad when you are in the Arctic...soz clutching at straws
Maybe Verdun can haggle and get you one for nothing
Punkdoc, I agree with your OH on the orange kitchen. When I bought this place, I moved in on a Friday, the tango kitchen was ripped out the following monday, and the greenhouse ordered a month later.
Fairy how are you going to hide the hanging bird table from the starlings?
Panda I hope your mouth isn't hurting too much and the swelling goes down soon.
Shame about the greenhouse Pdoc. Sounds as though a bit more plastic will be installed until the house is redecorated. When we first moved here there was a dark brown bathroom suite. That lasted a month. Still no greenhouse though.
