LesleyK so sorry to hear about your son. My OH and SIL  both suffer and there is 30 years between them. It can make folks really poorly. I am sure he appreciates you being around and your mum and dad will totally understand

    Hello all

Been a nice bright and sunny (morning) but dry all day so I was out planting up a lot of pansy's in front garden and an anemone and clearing lots of seedlings from the path and re planting in different areas in the front garden put in bulbs too, alliums few different ones

Later I tried to sort out my white border by planting bulbs but first I had to tackle the spreading daisy's so cut them down and spent a long time digging them out, they are all put in pots now including spare roots - just hope I got all the roots out the ground if not they will come back

Bulbs got planted white tulips fringed swan wings, narcissi thalia and narcissi jonquilla pueblo - both white and I planted some of my wallflower and I was rough on a plant I got in gc in the sale a bit back split it up a lot a white daisy which was planted

KEF nice Hebe my next door neighbour has that colour one - I have a pink one like that and lots of other ones with small flowers in the garden and cuttings I have took in plant pots

Dads in hospital again. The stone in his bladder was blasted yesterday, apparently as big as a walnut. Supposed to be a day job, but likely to be in all week as it was much larger than expected, and the procedure caused a lot of bleeding.

I have spent two days ferrying mum around. My brothers turn tomorrow.

I still have dive gear to wash off  and put  away.

My mum felt the earthquake that hit north notts on Tuesday night. The cabinet with the glasses in shook, and there was a bang. My mum and sister actually thought my dad had fallen out of bed and went to check. When he hadnt, my mum joked that they must have had an earthquake, actually thinking it was the usual mining subsidence, that often happens in the area, because of all the abandoned coal pit workings.

    Good morning all image

Fidget, hope your father's soon home.  Lesley, hope son's leg clears up quickly.  Anyone else in need of care, attention and ((hugs)) please help yourself image  I'm trying to catch up after having been AWOL for most of yesterday.  When I arrived home at 5.30 Hefty was on the back doorstep waiting for his supper!  He's getting earlier and earlier - he must be  sleeping in this garden under one of the piles of rubbish we've stashed up in the corners image
