Verdun must be filming today if he's gone quite.  Going outside to experience the eclipse prompted me to get gardening early today, have already washed a load of pots (I hate that job, too much like H*******k).  Repotted Lavender, Choccomocha Cosmos and Penstemmons. Have also removed some of the lower branches on the conifers at the bottom of the garden,  I'm working towards a pleached hedgeimage

Just having a quick cuppa before I tackle anything else.  Must say it's nice and warm out there, I'm only wearing a t-shirt.   OOps and jeans of courseimage

    Good afternoon all,

Lovely view of the eclipse but it didn't go dark at all and the birds hardly noticed. We went over the sand dunes at Perranporth to watch it.

I can't upload photos either Matty. I've never had trouble before but get a 'RadUpload Ajax callback error' whatever that means.

Matty, if you get an error message then click on OK bottom right and the message goes, then just wait for the picture.

We didn't seem to have an eclipse, it was cloudy and raining, I expected it to go dark but it was just gloomy to go with the weather.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Glad you're safe Verdun, I wouldn't want all your fans to wonder where you are on the next episode of Poldark image

I'm jealous Yviestevie I so want to get out there but waiting for delivery and blooming yodel around here doesn't appear to know how to read notes left on front door to say I'm in the garden! image

Def try what BL says re listing pics as it works even though it is very slow!

Im sorting last of boxes from when we moved! It's like Christmas! But this Christmas all the presents are dusty and all going in dish washer before I find newpositions for them all ! image
