  • Hello Verdun - love the smell of bonfires - I did a little potting on and up out in the garden today and someone nearby had a bonfire - unless the wind was blowing up from the south west?

I do recommend my Fujifilm camera - the basics are simple - the options are a bit more complicated but I'll get there - I got it for a very good price on Amazon image

  • Evening all

Went to the station today with main man helper so three of us today doing some chopping of a large shrub, an extra large bag filled up and garden waste bag as well and rubbish from behind the shrub cleared lots of stuff that had been there for ages, was nice and sunny for it

Then when I got home a box of plant goodies had been delivered, thanks Fidgetbones for all those plants, so have been potted up for now until they go to the station garden, will keep all updated with photo later on

Fairygirl that many plants is that for the front garden?

  • Verd I changed to an apple macbook pro a year ago and am very happy with it. If your phone/Ipad is apple you can link them all up for easy use? I am not a techy but with help have made the change. I need a new phone now to go with it.

I frequently see peepe complaining of probs with their pcs.... I don't seem to suffer in the same way.

It doesn't show how fab it was but hope you get an idea. I can't remember the last time in the uk I have seen a sunset like this..... Brass monkeys again!!! Hurrah hope it's killing a few slugs!!!!

  • Hi Stacey - keep your head down and let them sort it out - it'll make for better stuff in the long run (learn from my mistakes - I was always trying to pour oil on troubled waters with my children and their dad - they're still trying to sort their relationship out 30+ years later).

What a fabulous sunset - I know what you mean - it's so hard to capture winter sunsets - they change so quickly.

I've been a copy cat and changed my avatar like Dove from Above has.

To match my name I decided to have a tree and have a pink colour as I think some folks thought I was a bloke (I am a blokess).

Yes Mrs G you can call me whatever you like. Perhaps I should have picked an avatar with two trees in it to match the numer 2.
