I was thinking about you, Dove, and Rosa Glauca the other day. I have bought one of those curved supports for mine as it is going a bit floppy. Stiil lovely and the hips have been spectacular.
Have done some proper gardening today, sorted dahlias, dug up the Honka and hope I can keep it. The others I have just cut down,
Then planted the garlic, wish I'd ordered more so may see some at GC next week.
Also planted some broad beans, an experiment, to see if they grow. Have covered them in fleece as I haven't anything else.
Chicken kebabs marinating / marinading?? to cook on griddle with peppers, mushrooms, and the last lonely courgette. Wrapping bread I made myself..Billy Liar, shop bought & bowl of salad.
I'm not supposed to have seen it so keep it quiet a bar of fruit & nut has appeared in top of the fridge.
Will be interesting to see Monty "scrubbed up" at Chelsea, me thinks no old baggy jumper and cords allowed..and what about Nigel ?
Must attend food. Will be watching last & final Poirot tonight so must record BBC2 at 9pm for ? forgotten name, that has been recommended earlier on this thread.
